Shipping and delivery
Please take into account an average delivery time of 5 to 12 days in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Have you not received your order after the indicated delivery time or do you have any other questions? Please contact us!
The delivery time consists of two periods:
1. Processing time (1-3 days): This includes order confirmation, customization, quality inspection and packaging.
2. Delivery time (about 5-12 days): This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it takes 5-12 days to be delivered to its destination.
Postage costs:
We take care of the shipping costs of the products on our platform worldwide. All products are delivered to you free of charge. There is no minimum order value required.
Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, DreamBloom the costs incurred to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to retain €15 from the amount you receive back.
Wrong address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost package / returned package
In the event that a package is lost or undelivered due to any logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Is it defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase price.
